国际教育学院是中国政法大学十大学院之一，是中国政法大学对外办学的窗口，是外国留学生及港澳台侨学生的培养家园。国际教育学院的职责和任务包括外国留学生及港澳台侨学生的招生和管理，校内涉外办学管理，举办中外合作办学项目和涉外培训项目。学院下设留学生办公室、港澳台侨学生办公室、国际合作部、对外汉语培训部、行政办公室。

国际教育学院负责招收和管理外国留学生及港澳台侨学生。目前外国留学生及港澳台侨学生在校人数已达近300人，包括博士、硕士、本科、第二学位各个不同层次的学生。其学科涉及法学、工商管理、行政管理、英语、政治学、社会工作等不同专业。学生来自美国、韩国、日本等7个国家和港澳台地区。特别值得一提的是，中国大陆培养出来的第一个来自外国的法学博士和第一个来自港澳台地区的法学博士均出自中国政法大学。

国际教育学院负责举办对外合作办学项目及涉外培训项目。至今已与美国、英国、韩国、日本、澳大利亚、香港、台湾等国家及地区合作举办了法律硕士班、各种不同类型的培训项目及其学生交流项目。与美国天普大学合作的法律硕士班，是全国第一个在境内授予外国法律硕士学位的合作项目；与美国杜肯大学合作举办的中国法律暑期班，已经成为用英语教授中国法律的培训中心，先后有数百名来自美国各州及世界各地的外国学生在此学习了中国法律。国际教育学院正在积极拓宽对外合作办学及培训的渠道，此举必将为进一步塑造中国政法大学开放性的国际形象起到积极作用。

The school of international studies (SIS) is one of the ten schools of China University of Political Science and Law ( CUPL ). It is the center of CUPL to ran cooperative program with universities abroad and to recruit and train foreign students and students from Hong Kong, Macaw, and Taiwan regions.

The SIS consists five departments : foreign students office , office for students from Hong Kong, Macaw, and Taiwan regions, international cooperation office, Chinese language training department, and administrative office. The major tasks of SIS is to recruit and supervise foreign students, to ran cooperative programs with universities abroad and to hold training projects together with foreign institutes.

Now, there are almost 300 foreign students / students from Hong Kong , Macau, and Taiwan studying at CUPL at varies level, including PhD candidates, Masters candidates, students for B.A and second B.A.. They come from varies countries and regions including Korea, Japan, the U.S. and so on. Multi-level and high-level are the main characteristics of the foreign students. The first foreigner and the first compatriot ( come from Hong Kong, Macaw and Taiwan region) getting PhD from China mainland were graduated from CUPL.

The SIS has run successful LL.M programs, training programs and students exchanging programs under the cooperation with universities in U.S., U.K., Korea, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The LL.M. program cooperated with Temple University (Philadelphia, U.S.) is the first foreign law degree program approved in China. The summer program of Chinese law study cooperated with Duquesne University has offered Chinese law courses to hundreds of American students coming from different states. Now the SIS is trying to develop new cooperative program so as to promote the international legal education of CUPL.
