教授，博士生导师, 东南大学城市规划设计研究院总建筑师。
1962年，毕业于南京工学院建筑系(现东南大学)；
1981年，毕业于南京工学院建筑系(现东南大学)，获工学硕士学位。
历年来招收研究生32人，2001年招收研究生8人。研究生主要研究方向为城市与风景旅游环境规划设计研究。
研究方向：

近年科研成果：
《中国建筑史第四卷（元明建筑）》（参编），中国工业建筑出版社，2001.03；
《中国建筑艺术全集第19卷（风景建筑）》，中国工业建筑出版社，2001.05；
《江苏省志·风景园林志》（参编），江苏省古籍出版社， 2000.11。

主持完成规划和设计工程18项，最近完成工程：
□ 1993年—2001年，南京狮子山阅江楼设计，2001年9月竣工；
□ 1995年—2000年，浙江绍兴柯岩景区规划设计，96年至2000年分期建设竣工。本项目获1998年江苏省优秀规划设计一等奖；
□ 1998年—2000年，浙江新昌大佛寺景区佛心广场设计，2000年竣工；
□ 1998年—2000年，江苏省常熟沙家浜风景旅游区规划设计，2000年竣工；
□ 2000年—2001年，浙江绍兴鉴湖景区规划设计，2001年竣工；
□ 2000年—2001年，浙江新昌般若谷废弃石宕口造景设计，2001年竣工；
□ 2000年—2001年，天台山华顶和百丈琼台景区规划设计。

□ Foxin square design of Da-fo-Temple Spot in Xinchang, Zhejiang province, completed in 2000
□ Landscape planning and design of Sha-jia-bang Spot in Changshu, Jiangsu province, completed in 2000.
□ Landscape planning and design of Jianhu Lake Spot in Shaoxing, Jiangsu province, completed in 2001.
